Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 54 DS blends the talents of the French naval architect Jacques Fauroux and the Italian designer Vittorio Garroni. The result of this collaboration is an elegant performance cruiser. While this vessel is a leap into the future, the company continues to build boats in an old-fashioned way. The hull is solid hand-laid fiberglass. The hull and the kneel structure are supported by fiberglass over wood floors and stringers, which create a constitutional framework.

When it comes to the main saloon, it is enormous. It is airy and spacious with sumptuous sofas and elegant chairs rimming a lovely teak table to starboard and minibar to port. The C-shaped galley is to port the companionway. There is a plenty of counter space and it is encircled by a handsome violin.
