Processing and Use of Personal Data

It is an important part of our business concept to collect and process personal data. Especially in view of the intermediation services offered on our Website for the chartering of yachts for instance. This requires collecting of personal data and forwarding it to yacht owner to enable him/her to contact you and sign a legal binding charter agreement for your charter yacht. The following data can be forwarded (if provided by you during your inquiry procedure and upon acceptance by you of this Privacy Policy): address, e-mail, name and surname and telephone.

Generally, everyone can use our Website without leaving his personal data to us. However should you decide to make an inquiry or a booking via our Website, you accept the conditions of usage of your personal data as described above.
