Fethiye is a well-known tourist hotspot located in the Aegean region of Turkey and is currently home to around 147,000 people (2016).  The harbour at Fethiye is large enough to accommodate several vessels and is home to many small islands just waiting to be explored.  There are two marinas at Fethiye: the first is the municipal marina which is home to various commercial vessels and local fishing boats, and the second is a newer commercial yacht marina located near the Karagozler district.

On the mainland Fethiye, there’s a great deal to see including the breathtaking Manavgat waterfall, the Acropolis, and the ancient Theatre of Myra in Demre.  It’s also bursting with Turkish charm and culture.  Step onto the land and you will experience a range of sleepy little villages with intimate restaurants to bustling busy towns with a buzzing nightlife.  If you want to do a spot of shopping, Fethiye is a bustling market town where you can get anything from designer clothes to ripe tomatoes.  Prices are low, and quality is good for most items bought here including carpets, jewellery, and clothes.
